Abstract:
Empowerment refers to the process by which women gain power and control over their own lives and acquire the ability to make strategic decisions, and empowerment is the process of empowering individuals or groups to make their own decisions and encourage them to transform. These choices into defined actions and outcomes. That it is a process that involves exploring human potential and enhancing human capabilities for the benefit of the individual and society. Women's empowerment is the advancement of women and their acceptance and inclusion in the decision-making process. It also means giving them equal opportunities for growth and development in society and not condoning gender bias.
