Abstract:

There has been a recent uptick in the importance of eco-friendly hospitality's incorporation of food safety procedures. Therefore, we will also examine the role of educational institutions and industry stakeholders in supporting young professionals in implementing green initiatives. Additionally, this research will look at the possibility of saving money by incorporating eco-friendly hospitality methods. The results of this research will help shape future initiatives to increase the prevalence of environmentally friendly practices in the hotel sector by shedding light on the extent to which young professionals embrace green practices. By understanding their perspectives, challenges, and experiences, as well as the support provided by educational institutions and industry stakeholders, we can identify effective strategies for promoting and encouraging the adoption of green hospitality practices among young professionals in the hospitality industry. This research will contribute to the existing body of knowledge on green hospitality and food safety practices by specifically focusing on the perspectives and experiences of young professionals. The results of this study can inform targeted educational programs and training initiatives that address the challenges faced by young hospitality professionals in integrating sustainability into food safety practices. With this research, we want to shed light on how young people working in the hotel sector perceive the present state of green hospitality integration. To that end, we are on the hunt for viable methods that might inspire the widespread use of environmentally friendly food safety procedures.
