Abstract:

In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, innovation has become a critical factor for organizations to stay competitive and adapt to change. Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a vital role in fostering innovation within organizations through various practices and strategies. This research paper aims to explore the significance of research and development (R&D) in enabling HRM to drive innovation. This study contributes to the existing body of knowledge by shedding light on the role of R&D in fostering innovation in HRM.
