Abstract:

The concept of Dushivisha is mentioned in Agadatantra which is one of the eight limbs of Ayurveda. It is the Ekadeshiya Siddhanta of Ayurveda as the concept and its treatment is specifically mentioned in Ayurveda. In contemporary science it can be correlated with latent or slow poison which are not fatal immediately but causes various health issues. In modern day practice the food, cosmetics and wearables used by pediatric group are causing number of skin issues, allergies, digestive issues, autoimmune conditions and other health symptoms. This issue can be observed in the lens of Dushivisha and the management can be planned accordingly. Here an shot review is conducted to evaluate the signs and symptoms in light of Dushivisha and discus its treatment protocol.
