Empowerment of employee is a key factor for progress of any organization. Employee empowerment is a systematic process by which organization make employees capable to take right decisions and self-sufficient. Because of empowered employees, top management get good time to work for future strategies, and developmental work for the organization. Empowering is also another way to investing in organizational workforce. Training, having right mix of information, rewards, good communication and right feedback are the tools of empowerment.
