Abstract:

Change is a law of nature. We are living in the Hi-tech age; Traditional libraries are shifting into an ICT environment. Internet and social media has given a new dimension to the library and information centers. Libraries are undergoing rapid changes due to development of ICT. World Wide Web has become the world’s largest source of Information. Digital library is once more emerging field of library and information science. We respect all the new forms of information and modern techniques. Considering this aspect library can update their services in e-mode and develop a new dimension of library facilities.
