Abstract:
Human society stands on two pillars, man and woman. In which the human species is progressing with the help of both. From the primitive civilization of mankind, the entire development of society is happening due to these two sexes, but in our society, apart from these two sexes of human species, there is another gender which our society is eunuch, tertiary, bisexual, third gender etc. Addressing by names. In the Indian Constitution, the transgender community has equal civil rights, they have been kept in the third gender category by the government. The fate of transgender children has gone through even the children who remain physically and mentally handicapped. Even after being innocent, due to the neglect and symptoms received from their family again and again, transgender people keep on breaking apart inside. It is a reality that the people of the transgender community are shunned by the society due to their being eunuchs.
