Abstract:

Education plays a crucial role in developing an individual’s abilities and overall personality. In the present academic scenario, effective time management has become an essential skill for students. Time management refers to the ability to plan and utilize time efficiently to achieve academic goals. Students with good time management skills are better able to organize their studies, reduce stress, and enhance their academic performance. Conversely, poor time management leads to academic imbalance and lower performance. This study reviews the relationship between students’ time management skills and their academic performance and highlights the significance of effective time utilization for academic success.
